I enjoyed the check in process which was very easy even though I checked in early. There are abundant restaurants in the area, and there is also one in the hotel. The room was tidy and neatly appointed. No complaints.

I would not stay here again. We waited for an hour for the shuttle to pick us up after calling the hotel. The shuttle is shared with La Quinta. When it came time to go to the airport the next day there was hardly much room due to having stopped at La Quinta first. The property was old looking and out of date. The bartender wasn't at the bar and had to be summed for us to get a drink. However, the people at the front desk where very nice. Hyatt is typically not a hotel chain where we stay. Bu't, I had thought it was a more upscale chain. Sadly disappointed.

My hubby and I had one night in town prior to our flight to Italy the next day. Out check in was seamless and quick. Very accommodating staff! It is near the airport flight path but the noise was minimal. I slept comfortably on a great bed. I would definitely return here!
