Called the property and they confirmed there was a shuttle every 15min 24 hrs. There's a shuttle every 40min and limited hrs through day. That's fine but wouldn't have booked here otherwise! Not that nice considering the price.

Shuttle never got me from the airport. Waited 45 min & called the hotel 3 times & it still never stopped to get me. Had to pay for a taxi. Won’t stay here again just because of the hassle of the shuttle.

Our room wasn’t ready by three abd I had emailed the hotel the sy we needed.a fragrance free room too. And Ada. None of those happened. The staff tried their best and they weee very nice. Bartender was great. Felt bad Hotels don’t have enough staff now.to get jobs. Dinner was very good. Only one cook too

Didn't feel like a Hyatt Place location. Parking situation was extremely dodgy with half of cars in the unlit former courtyard of the half-abandoned hotel next-door.

Great area with restaurants arounds. Bed comfortable and room. Beautiful bathroom with vanity. The only issue was the aircondition from that room that wasn’t working correctly and was warm the room.

Quick transportation from the airport included. Good restaurant options within an easy 10 min walk including a 100% gluten free Bibibop Asian Grill. Unfortunately the walk along a 4 lane road and I under a highway overpass was not a safe walk and needed an Uber

1st night, parking had to park in an abandoned motel lot with overgrown weeds, we went with our children and that was not safe at all. It was also dark. 2nd night, zero parking not even in the neighborhood hotel. Room was not vacuumed and room was humid. Room we reserved showed microwave, and there was none. Staff is rude and on their phone as you are trying to talk to them. No trash bag in the restroom and 1st night no trash can in the room until the 2nd night. Sofa bed gets horribly stuck. I let front desk know and I was disregarded. Didn’t offer to change rooms, didn’t offer discount, just smiled and said sorry and remained on their phone.

Comfortable, clean room. Reasonably priced convenience store was very helpful. Location is not in a place with sidewalks, so although near restaurants and pharmacy, I wouldn’t describe it as walkable. Also, it’s actually not as close to the airport as one might think, and their shuttle needs to be reserved in advance.
