Our room was clean. Convenient parking next door in parking structure. Daily breakfast was nice however the coffee was horrible. One morning I got a mouth full of coffee grinds.

When we checked into our room, there were dirty sheets on the pullout couch. The conditioner and body soap was completely empty. For the 3 nights, the trash wasn't taken once. Was told that bottles of water would be put in our room each day and water never arrived.

We always look forward to staying at our Chicago Home Away From Home. The Front Desk folks greeted us as if we were returning family. As usual. Just a couple of hitches... The streaming TV sysem you use is execrable. 45 seconds to switch channels, the "Guide" has no data. There are much better systems availablle. Can't think of another except: WE WANT THE WAFFLE MACHINE returned to the Breakfast Room! See you after Spring Thaw!
