The room was large with good facilities. The location was good and we managed to walk to important places to see the city. However, was very disappointed with the breakfast, as there were no options for vegetarians. Plastic and steroform cutlery and crockery for breakfast was totally a no go for this standard of property. The room had a coffee dispenser but no coffee or tea pods / sachets. The front office staff were helpful and friendly which was a nice.

Felt safe and accessible parking option, while pricey for parking, it was great that it allowed in/out. Not enough fresh fruit options for breakfast; hot breakfast items were ok, but too dry. Rooms were clean but not deep cleaned. Upon arrival immediately needed maintenance to unclog the bathroom sink drain so questioned if housekeeping had run the faucet otherwise they would have noticed that. Corners with lots of dust. Staff was always friendly and very responsive.

My wife and I arrived at the motel a little after 4 AM. We have a reservation supposed to be there will be around 6 PM. Different occasions. Tell them that we were running horribly late they held a room for us at 4:30 this morning

Very nice hotel

It was a great stay Parking is horrible beds were comfortable breakfast was decent hotel is almost a 5 star if the front desk people were a little more knowledgeable about parking and if the parking accommodated a truck which it doesn't.

Me and my friends stayed here for lollapalooza and it was good walking distance from grant park, it was quiet and the room was nice and spacious, i would definitely stay here again!
