For the price - not great. Everything is very old and worn out and therefore feels a little dirty (I think it’s clean, though I found hair all over my pillow & some in the bathtub.) If the price was about 100 dollars less, I’d have given it a better review. But for same/similar pricing on this trip alone we’ve stayed at much newer or better maintained places. The free breakfast was great, though!

There was nothing really wrong with the property, rooms were clean, breakfast was decent and the breakfast area was nice. However, every other equivalent hotel we stay at on our drive across Canada was about $200 (ish). This one was basically double ($400, pretty sure it is the "Banff tax"). If the room was ~$200 it would be 4-star, but at this price, it is a 2-star motel.

The room was ok, very dated and the bed was on a downwards slope. The toilet was ridiculously low to the floor so would have been perfect for an oompa loompa! Overall, we weren't overally impressed especially given we paid $394 for a room that should only be $180 at most.
