Lift was out of order. Email sent after booking said the lift was out of order between 23rd June until the 9th August. As I booked in November I expected the lift to be working, it was not which impacted a member of my group with limited mobility.

Absolutely amazing service. The staff were all amazing, friendly and had great senses of humour. The room was clean and well set out and the bed was comfortable. The food was amazing. Will definitely stay there again and encourage anyone we know heading through Albury to do the same
