Our carpet in our room was wet. The AC look like it had mold in it. The bed sheets look like it had an old blood stain. The hallways are noisy and can be heard inside the room. Granted this wasn’t something I knew but the train tracks are right behind this hotel. Since we didn’t use the AC, and opened the window. The train late at night and 5:30 in the morning was crazy loud.

Clean and tidy room. The beds are really firm I would say hard. The elevator was very jerky and when it arrived at the desired floor it gave a little jeck and you felt like you dropped three inches! Breakfast was good, but more attention could have been given to keeping area clean. Loud trains run throughout nite so earplugs are a must

The room smelt musty and moldy. The ac unit was part of that problem. She sheet was cracked and the drain didn’t drain very well. The breakfast and staff were to redeeming factor. Very friendly staff, good selection at breakfast, however, I wish they had normal hot chocolate instead of sugar free.
