If you want sleep do NOT stay here! We had music blaring at our second floor window until 1:00 in the morning.sounded like street performers right outside our window. We were told it was a bar and that there was really nothing they could do for us except offer earplugs. I asked for a different room and was told there weren’t any available, but then an hour later when I was at the desk getting earplugs there were new guests just finishing checking in. I ask for a refund considering there would we little or no sleep happening and was told there was nothing she could do. So aggravating. Also the automatic motion lights turning on in th whole place any time you get up to use the bathroom are a joke. There needs to be some way to completely turn those off so you don’t wake up others guests in the room. The whole hotel smells like overuse of bathroom spray that’s trying to cover up musty mildew smell.

We had a smooth check-in experience. Got settled in and walked around downtown for a bit. When we returned we saw a roach on the table. This is not okay for me, so we asked to be walked to another hotel. The staff handled it in a very professional manner, including providing us with a full refund.
