There is adequate sleeping space… 3 Queen beds, 4 twin beds, 1 full bed, 1 pull out sofa, and 1 futon ensures that everyone in your group sleeps comfortably. Barbeque on the deck and eat under the covered porch. Walk out your bedroom door to the sun deck and Private Heated pool. The home is just steps from the world famous Las Olas Blvd, home to all the local shops, restaurants, and hot spots. You will be located right in the center of it all. The home has a beautiful backyard with pool and very large deck area which are the focal point of the house. We also have a six seater street legal golf cart rental option with sound system. Entire process was great: communication with host, instructions for check in and check out, and any issues that arose. The location was wonderful and we could Park two vehicles!! Our group spent most of our time at the property on the decks and in the pool. With 8 kids, the washer and dryers were a total blessing. We would definitely stay again if we come back!

We came, we saw, we Las Olas’d.Stayed here for my brother’s bachelor party and this house was everything we needed and more. The pool was basically our headquarters—daytime chill spot, nighttime aquatic dance floor, and one brave soul’s failed attempt at synchronized swimming.The location? Unreal. A quick stumble (I mean walk) to Las Olas, where the drinks were strong, the food was clutch, and the memories are mostly fuzzy. We were minutes from the beach too, which made it easy to pretend we were doing something wholesome between parties.The house was super clean, beds were comfy, and it had enough space for our squad to spread out, recover, and roast each other in style.If you’re looking for a quiet spiritual retreat, maybe look elsewhere. But if you want a place that can handle a legendary bachelor weekend, this is it.10/10—would bachelor party again (but maybe after a nap).

This property was perfect for the group of 11 we had for a bachelor party. Everyone was able to have a bed and there was plenty of space in the common areas. The pool/backyard and location are the best features, we were within walking distance or a quick Uber ride to Las Olas and the beach.

10 of us stayed here for a friends celebration and had a great time. The backyard is beautiful and the pool was amazing! The owners were super responsive and met all of our needs. Just a note the kitchen is pretty small - we only cooked breakfast so it was totally fine. Would recommend.

Mom's 93rd Birthday Weekend

Perfect rental for my family who came down for my Mom's birthday. Our host was very accommodating & check in was a breeze. We were met at the house & given the tour. The rooms were perfect for adults & kids. Once they got the wifi codes they were into their games!!! The patio was a great gathering place in the evening & the pool was definitely a hit!! We will definitely rent again!!!

Bachelor party

There were 8 of us that stayed at the property for a bachelor party and we had a great time. The back yard was a perfect little oasis for hanging out by the pool. It was in a prime location to get downtown, but also a short drive to the golf courses and the harbor. The property managers were very accommodating and friendly. Would recommend the place for anyone looking to get away.

This house was perfect for our bachelorette party and the back deck / pool area exceeded our expectations! The +'s: Plenty of beds / showers to accommodate 10 ladies, bars / restaurants in walking distance, and any uber ride to the surrounding areas were under $10. I would suggest the owner upload new photos as the property is nicer than presented here and some of the room photos were inaccurate. However, we would definitely stay here again!

Had a pretty large group of guys staying in Ft. Lauderdale for an extended weekend. This spot was exactly what we needed. The back yard / pool area is fantastic. House was spacious enough for everyone to fit comfortably, and the location is fantastic.

Great Location, Great Venue, Great Host

The house is a great spot for a group of friends. There is plenty of space with a great backyard for hanging out. The host was very friendly with easy communication and does his best to be on your side and make your trip as enjoyable as possible. It is in a great location that’s walking distance from plenty of restaurants and bars. Some of the outdoor amenities are a bit worn out (which is to be expected from a house that hosts larger parties) but it is definitely usable. I highly recommend considering this house for your stay and the host should keep up the good work!
