We were so sad to see that this hotel is currently closed as we have stayed here for every cruise so far and this would have been our 5th visit. Hoping you are open by the next time to go out again as we LOVe this facility and the staff

Older hotel with a bit of wear. But clean and everything you need from small store restaurant bar and pool
This hotel was very disappointed. The food choices was very limited with no hot meals. Website stated hot breakfast would be provided. Only dry bread was available for breakfast.
No teabags were available or items for hot tea. Normally hotel with breakfast would have everything laid out at the breakfast area. The room was very small and not as shown on website.
I didn't stay there on 10/13 because the property was closed. Expedia has not issued me a refund of voucher coupon. I stayed at Holiday Inn Express at Ft Lauderdale Airport - booked through Expedia. I also have a Hotel charge of $109.89 that shows on my credit card bill. I have no idea what that's for.

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
Didn't like much! 1- Why do you have to pay CASH and no use credit card for snacks and soda purchases! 2- Breakfast area was not clean and service was poor. 3- Service from cruise port to hotel, which I purchased at your hotel, know it isn't Ramada's service, waited over 1 hour for pick up. Doesn't reflect well on Ramada. Called desk several times and customer service stated that them couldn't help me. Called again about food delivery and told me to pick up brochures in lobby. Will not return to this hotel again.

My room was canceled but i am ok with that because of safety. (Hurricane Ian). Therefore, I got to travel to another state.
Even though, i was looking forward to my stay but Devine intervention...
