The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, breakfast is convenient, and airport and cruise ship transfers are available. The location is excellent, close to bus stops, and offers a free LauderGo shuttle. There are also many restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Room was fine but check out was at 11am, key card was turned off at 9:30am. Staff blamed it on day light savings which happened 2 months before our stay. Shuttle van from the airport never showed up after calling four times, had to.take an Uber.

Hotel was clean and quiet. Staff at front desk were excellent. They were very professional and helpful. The driver (Peter) for the airport transfer van was amazing and very helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The pool deck on the 4th floor was pleasant in the morning to just have a coffee and enjoy the weather.
