Housekeeping staff were friendly in the halls! Our room faced a sewage treatment plant and you could smell it every time you came back to the room. Didn’t like that at all. Good location and appreciated the airport shuttle!

Everything was good and met expectations. We arrived 3 hours before check-in time and room was ready an we were able to go immediately to the room. Hotel shuttle from airport was also great. I called and was told 20-45 minutes on the wait. 5 minutes later, the shuttle was there. He said he turned around and came back since he was just leaving on an earlier pick-up.

Room was ok but the front staff was not very good. We had a fire alarm go off in the middle of the night. When we went out of the building the staff said that there was not a problem? When fire dept. showed up the front desk worker did not know how to open the door where the fire panel was located. Fire dept said there was no danger and we could go back in.
