Once we opened the door into the room we first smelled an unpleasing rotten smell and we noticed the bed also had the scent and could not sleep well. We also noticed ants roaming around the ac. The tv glitches alot and we could not watch anything. In general the room was quite dirty and I do not recommend.

Could do better.

The room was very noisy from never. It was like the walls were very thin, and we could hear the people talking and tv. Also the shuttle service was not good as we waited a very long time. The clerk, who was very polite, needed help the night before a cruise. He did his best.

The only thing I didn’t like about the property (other than the elevator breaking down which happens- I get it) was the convention that was there. Not at the fault of the staff but the attendees were all over the place standing in groups, making it hard to walk through, especially with bags. I would have liked the staff picking up in that and asking them to leave room and such. Would stay again

We stayed one night for a cruise the next day. Decent for that reason only. Food wasn’t great. Fitness center was good. Hotel needs updating. Hairs were in the shower. Great customer service at check in and checkout. About 30 minutes from Miami cruise port.
