This hotel was so wonderful! Everything from our arrival to our departure was so perfectly executed. The staff, the food, the location- all awesome. We really loved the pool and the bridge to the beach! We will definitely return!

I am saddened to see the direction this hotel is taking. Had some fond memories here in the past. From the impatient staff, longer than usual clean up and turn over time frame - forget the restaurant downstairs - extremely disappointing. Telling a customer that the reason you cannot help, or assist is above your paygrade - you need new jobs! There was a leak on the 4th floor south tower from the day we got there we made them aware, it then had a smell. It wasn't until our 4th night into our fifth day that it was dried and cleaned up. Restaurant staff treating customers like an option - first it was the mom with kids complaining, then it was our more mature guests, then more African American experiences more and more disrespect - cold coffees, rude languages, overcharge on bills - many only used 2 of the 5 days breakfast voucher the purchased. On our last of 5 days a Caucasian guest and her son also complained of the terrible service they experienced at said restaurant. Safe to say we will not be back.

The entire staff was very friendly and professional from check in to being waited on at Waves for coffee and ALL the pool attendants. Bravo!! Beach is right over the bridge. Restaurants and souvenir shops walking distance. I love this location and resort was amazing. There is nothing I didn’t like. The beds were also very comfortable. I will definitely be back!
