The room was outdated and didn’t look like the photos. Upon entry, the floor was covered in dog hair and dirt, and small items that looked like vials that no one could identify. The room smelled a bit musty and old. The shower didn’t work, and pooled water at the bottom. The walls were paper thin and we had neighbors playing loud music all hours of the day. Staff were nice and pleasant, but the stay was average to lack-luster.

We always stay at the Westin when visiting from Chicago. Beautiful hotel with an amazing pool in the back. Heated with lots of iguanas roaming around. Kids love it. Very nice breakfast buffet. Nice bar. My only complaint this trip was a paint smell early in the mornings. Two mornings they were touching up some areas on my floor but the smell of paint was strong early in the morning. Other than that it was a perfect stay

Besides the housekeeping and the quiet at night, not hearing really anyone above or on the sides of your room. I would not say this is a four-star hotel for many reasons.

Upon our arrival, we encountered some challenges with parking, likely due to a Halloween event which seemed to be taking place. Upon entering the lobby, there was an unusual odor that I attempted to overlook, but that contributed to my overall impression. The check-in process was efficient, and we appreciated the prompt service. However, once we entered our room, I noticed some cleanliness issues that were concerning. There was black residue on the toilet seat, and upon further inspection, I discovered what appeared to be urine beneath the seat. I decided to clean that myself. The bedding seemed like it may not have been changed from the previous guest. We decided to sleep on the towels. To compound our discomfort, the air conditioning did not appear to be functioning properly. Thank God it was only for one night. I wrote to the property regarding my concerns. I have always held the Westin brand in high regard, which is why this experience was particularly disappointing. Regrettably, based on this stay, we have decided not to return to this location in the future. I believe that maintaining high standards of cleanliness is essential, especially in hospitality, and I hope this feedback can assist in enhancing the experience for future guests.

We stayed in one of the three accessible rooms. Not one shelf or hook in the bathroom to put anything on! So after a shower, you had to dress back in the room rather than in the bathroom. The front door wouldn't close unless you played with the lock when you left. If you didn't, the door lock kept the door from closing. The floor at the entrance to the room was uneven and therefore, was difficult to cross over for a person with a weak leg (me) without losing one's balance.
