We had a very enjoyable stay at this beachfront property. The location is excellent, offering direct access to the ocean and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was friendly, and the overall ambiance of the hotel made for a pleasant getaway. There are a few areas where the experience could be enhanced. The placement of beach rentals—such as jet skis—was directly in front of the hotel, which disrupted the otherwise beautiful ocean view and took up valuable beachfront space. Relocating these rentals to the side of the property would help preserve the view and improve the overall guest experience. Additionally, offering beach chairs and umbrellas as a complimentary amenity for hotel guests would add great value and align with what many comparable resorts provide. The bathroom layout in our room also posed a challenge. The shower featured only a single glass wall with no floor separator, causing water to flood the bathroom floor with each use. We had to use towels to dry the floor and request replacements frequently, which became inconvenient. Lastly, while the food at the property was convenient, the quality and variety were a bit below expectations. With improvements in flavor and selection, the dining experience could better reflect the overall potential of the resort. Overall, we appreciated the peaceful setting and enjoyed our stay. With a few thoughtful updates, this property could offer an exceptional experience to future guests.

The construction next door was horrible. No peaceful day at the pool. It was hard to hear the waves over the noise. My bathroom sink smelled. They tried to fix it but it still put out a stink.

Great hotel on the beach in FLL.

The hotel was great. My wife and I arrived on Friday afternoon and left on Sunday. It is about 25-30 minutes away from FLL airport. The hotel is directly on the beach which was awesome. The staff was friendly, we didn’t encounter any issues during our stay. The hotel is clean, overall a nice stay I would definitely come back. Note to no fault of the hotel the property next door is under construction so it is very loud during the day. It didn’t bother us but it might bother others sensitive to construction noise.

I thought the property was beautiful. The staff - I felt was not friendly. Particularly the towel area and the cleaning staff. The valets were very friendly. I also felt the hotel wasn't as clean as it should be. However, the location and amenities are excellent. I'm torn about whether I'd stay their again in the future.
