Great hotel

Very nice and clean, room was very nice and comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was a treat with 2 showers heads. Pool is big hot tub nice and your on the beach

An older establishment. Staff were extremely helpful and gave us some good recommendations. Rooms were clean, linens and towels were a decent quality. There was an odd smell in our room ( nothing bad smelling, but odd). Access to beach extremely easy. A nice size pool, with a handicap lift and jacuzzi. Tikki bar was well attended. We did not eat at the hotels restaurant. Easy accessibility to Fort Lauderdale by the Sea, which has a good vibe to it. A Winn Dixie, DD, Deli and pizza shop in the near by strip mall. We enjoyed our time there.

Possibly one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at EVER!. My first night there the toilet kept backing up then the next day the shower wouldn’t drain I called front desk multiple times multiple days and complained they just kept sending maintenance up to plunged it out!. Till the last day we where there it got so bad that the toilet and shower backed up so much it flooded the room and got all over our clothes shoes ext!. So I called front desk extremely upset and after 3 days of complaining they finally switched our rooms only to find out our tv doesn’t work in the new room!. They overcharged on everything!. They charge you to even use there chairs on the beach even tho it’s part of the hotel!. Food prices were unreasonable 10.10 just for a small order of fries and let’s not even talk about the drinks that barely had a drop of alcohol in it!. The customer service sucked except our first night there at the tiki bar she was amazing everyone else had an attitude all the time!. I would NEVER EVER STAY THERE AGAIN!.

The staff were super friendly. The amenities were great-we were able to rent a kayak and a paddleboard right from the pool deck. They also had jetskis and other beach items to rent. The valet team were wonderdul!

Great location, clean and well maintained, nice and professional service, beautiful and clean beach, overpriced dining, we would like to have a breakfast or lunch but prices and choices are poor. Instead we were dining outside. Huge plus was a great transportation system since we came for only long weekend and didn’t rent a car. Overall, great experience and memories thx

The only thing i didn't like was the food prices, $20 for a regular breakfast no coffee included plus 18% service fee was too much. Also $20 for a personal pizza. I guess thats why the restaurant was always empty. Besides that everything was great. Nice location, beautiful and quiet beach.

We first were not given the room we requested, we had to go and speak to the manager. He insisted that the room was the same. I showed him a picture of what we had book and then he realized they were two different room types. The elevators were old and scary, and one of them was out-of-commission, so we had to walk across the hotel to use the only elevator in the building. The fire alarm went off shortly after that. The pool was nice, but was barely lit. All of the chairs were covered in sand or water. Lots of the amenities offered were very old and worn out, the place did not give a welcome feeling at all. I could hear people coughing in the room next door, and we were in the suite. Embarassing.

Great location. Valet Parking a great Expedia Benefit but was a but slow and disorganized Resort ran out of clean pool towels way too often so we had to wait for the dryer. Pool area needs umbrellas scattered around for chairs since there are not enough shaded areas. Facilities were very good, staff was friendly, check-in smooth. Housekeeping took place too late in the day, like 4:00 or 5:00 but was thourough
