This property is fair to poor. Our room was small. The AC very loud. The amenities for showering are subpar. The area is sketchy. We walked to the river, but did not feel safe. Breakfast was over at 10 and the coffee was all gone.

First time at this downtown Fort Lauderdale hotel. Room is a little small but comfortable. Minimalist style with little furniture but bathroom was lovely with updated walk-in shower. Staff need customer service training to bring the check-in experience up a notch. Computers were down, gated parking was also not working.

Stayed one night, Bar closes at 9pm, pretty much all the amenities close before/by 9pm. Hotel room was clean, comfortable. Parking was free until 7am, I did notice the “parking patrol” this morning (8am) ticketing cars in the Free Parking lot

Room was tiny compared to other rooms I’ve stayed in but it was clean and that is all that matters. But they had a bar/restaurant in the hotel that said it opened at 5pm. Worker did not show up until close to 6:30pm. Had I a car, I would’ve left to go somewhere else, but I didn’t so I stayed as the only restaurant in walking distance I went the previous night and didn’t care for it much to go back so I had to stay. Food was was good but I asked since I waited if I could get one of my drinks comped or a discount. They said no.
