Good hotel for value and quality

Room was descent… clean and organized. The free shuttle from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the cruise port were and extra plus!!! Overall…good hotel for the price!

Very disappointed

I am extremely frustrated with the poor service I received, which nearly caused me to almost miss my flight. The shuttle that was supposed to take me to the airport, as part of my stay package, did not arrive on time. When I asked the staff to call the driver to pick me up, they were unhelpful and rude, telling me to take an Uber instead. I followed their suggestion and took an Uber, but the Uber driver dropped me off at the wrong location—Port of Ships garage, claiming it was Terminal 4 for Spirit Airlines, which was incorrect. I had to request another Uber to finally get to the correct airport terminal. This entire ordeal was caused by the hotel’s failure to provide the shuttle service they promised and their lack of concern when I needed assistance. I was left waiting for a driver who was late, and the staff’s dismissive attitude made the situation even worse. I am deeply disappointed and upset that I had to go through this stressful experience, all because of their incompetence and poor service.

Great value, comfy hotel with great staff

The hotel is clean, comfy, and a great value with the free shuttle service to/from airport and to/from cruiseport. Will stay again.

The hotel floor was dirty. We walked around in bare feet and our feet were filthy within a few minutes of arriving. There were no ice machines on the floor. The WiFi password wasn’t provided to us at check in time. They were understaffed. I liked the pool. We were told the shuttle from the airport would take 30 minutes. We called again at 50 minutes and were assured it was on the way. They came at 90 minutes but didn’t have room.

The room looks clean at first sight, however in my shoes was slippery. My socks were black! Very dirty floors. There is no restaurant here. It is a vendor with very limited hours. I went to eat next door at the Roadway.
