We checked in to stay one night before boarding a cruise. The airport shuttle service was efficient and a huge bonus. Upon getting to the hotel, the front desk staff was very friendly. I wish I could recall the young man's name that checked us in, his name tag said he was in training, but he was so kind and I could tell he was working very hard to do everything just right. He also assisted us in booking a shuttle to the cruise port, which I didn't even know they offered. He provided a warm smile and excellent customer service and I hope one day when I come back I see him as a supervisor. They have one room that is turned into a little gift shop. Its not much, but it has some essentials and some snacks which was nice after a long day of travel. The men working the shop were very friendly and appreciative of our business. The room was nice, it was simple but it was exactly what was pictured on the booking site and perfect for or needs. The shower had excellent pressure and water temperature (I'm big on a quality shower when I travel) and this might have been the best hotel shower I have ever had. Overall, the room was clean and everything worked properly. Having a refrigerator and microwave were nice. It could use a deep cleaning of light fixtures and such, but I completely understand that is a huge task for such a large place. I'm thankful they provide a nice hotel with affordable rates and nice amenities instead of price gauging people because of thier location.

the room was clean, some things were cracked and need repair. the elevator broke on day 2. there wasn't really any thing to do nearby, very isolated location. the shuttle service was good coming and going.

The room was spotless and newly upgraded with a new shower walk in which was very nice and the room had two queen size beds and was roomy though I was by myself it could easily accommodate for. Another very nice thing about this hotel is that they have free shuttle pickup from the airport and to the airport as well as to and from the Everglades Cruise Port Terminal in Fort Lauderdale
