The room was so outdated. Everything about this place was super low rating. Dirty sheets dirty towels .sink clogged , toilet didn't flush properly Didnt feel safe the locks on the door didn't work . Had someone get arrested on the same floor . Stay away . I would take this place if it was free. The pictures they show online are AI or 20 years old . So disgusting - we purposefully spent the day away on 2 nights cause we didn't want to be there . I can write a book on this place . It was last min booking they were the only ones that had rooms

The room, the facility, and the whole property are neglected….this place is a dump and should never be recommended by any booking site. Don’t believe the pictures on the site, they must have been taken 25 years ago. Blanket was stained, took it off the bed. I killed a bedbug in the morning, didn’t see any that night, but feel like something bit me. Valentines Day and everywhere in town had jacked their rates up astronomically, so as a last resort to find a room just to lay our head NOT for a Valentines Day getaway, we tried this place…..WHAT A MISTAKE!!!! I will follow up with Expedia because this facility is not worthy of being on any booking site, and I want a refund. This place ought to be condemed.

There is a banging noise going on every 30 minutes. I called the hotel staff. They said they were gonna send somebody up. Nobody came was unable to sleep the whole trip. The hotel is filthy. Very unsafe place to stay and Travelocity you should be ashamed of putting the pictures that you have on there. It looks nothing like the hotel today. Those pictures must be 20 years old.

First of all this was a VERT LAST MINUTE booking. Reviews weren't read prior...#1 big mistake. I tried writing a review and wasn't given enough space to describe the whole experience. This is shorter & to the point. First red flag was the 1 (only) annoyed lady at front desk dealing with multiple people by herself. She blah blah blah said what direction to go and from there it was horrible & got worse. Got lost, signage was terrible, lights flickering, security lock on door didn't work (over heard another customer complain about same issue) not 1 picture on walls (petty) adjoining door not fully closed with chair up against it, giant spring coming out of bottom of another chair (used it secure door for added security at night) not 1 hanger, rusty ironing board...no iron, baseboards in bathroom was awful, guess the stain on bed skirt, no phone. It was GROSS !! After 8 pm we reluctantly stayed, I know gross, but we were tired. Getting to Ft Lauderdale was another whole aggravating story. NOTHING GRAND about this place at all !! I have pictures for proof, will post if it allows ?? Got the hell out bright n early.

The room had no closet to hang my clothes, no real bathroom, toilet door falling off, I was concerned that every time I try to open or close the door it would fall on my head! …and no outlets to charge my devices. There was nothing but the furniture in that room!! There was what appeared to be a coffee machine but no coffee pot and no where to plug that unit. Also, only a plastic cup sitting next to the coffee machine. In addition, every time the AC unit comes on it blows the curtains open which are directly above the AC unit and this window is in direct line of sight of the doorless, so called bathroom, as well as the bed!! There is obviously a lack of privacy in the room. I did not see an EMERGENCY ESCAPE PLAN posted anywhere in the room. I am not sure this is a hotel!!! Safety is obviously not a priority.

I want to start by saying the receptionist assured me there was no smoking and no pets allowed, which was important to me because I was only staying a few hours before my flight. However, as soon as I exited the elevator, there were people openly smoking weed in the hallway and the lights were flashing — something that should never be happening in a hotel. To make matters worse, the pictures online looked nothing like the actual hotel or the room. The condition and cleanliness were completely different from what was advertised. When I entered my room, it smelled unpleasant right away. The bathroom was dirty and clearly not cleaned properly. The bedroom sheets were old and very rough. After sitting on the bed briefly, my whole body started itching, which made me extremely uncomfortable. I asked if my room could be changed, but I was told there were no other rooms available. No one came to inspect the room or even offer to change the bed sheets. For the price I paid for only a few hours, this experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here.
