No hot water- told desk person. Came back late at night- still no hot water. I choose a certain Motel- I was given a completely different Motel. Nobody on premises to talk too. Rude desk person. Really had higher expectations. 36° last night, no heat in unit. 54° inside! Old, 1 electrical outlet in each room. Paper thin walls, parking provided $20, but not easy. Has kitchen but no kitchenware provided - plates, bowls, utensils or glasses - nothing. Did provide coffee maker and toaster, but nothing to use with them. Lesson learned- never again.
