The room door was jammed and required attention ffom the front desk to get open when we checked in. Once in the room we started to unpack and get organized to realize, there was no bedding for the pull out couch. I called the front desk and was told i would have to come all the way back down to get it from the front desk. I went back downstairs and grabbed some sheets and a blanket. When i asked for pillows they said that they didn't have any. That i would have to use the pillows in the room. When i protested and explained that i have 4 children who each need a pillow they finally said we will have to find some to bring up to you. The room was not clean and the pull out bed was broken. The bathroom was dirty. The continental breakfast consisted of a nutrigrain bar or a prepackaged muffin. I wouldnt stay here again.

The room was absolutely disgusting. The pullout couch was broken. The kids have to sleep on the floor. Staff yell at me. There was a fight going on in the hallway until 3 o’clock in the morning. We just had a terrible night there. I would appreciate if we could get some money back on that.

The hotel is filthy, it have to much potential but I can the people running it just care about money. It smells bad and looks bad. Horrible experience and way too expensive for such horrible and nasty place. The staffs are wonderful though.

This is the worse hotel you can stay at and I will never stay here again. The hotel was overbooked, they gave my room away after I had already checked in, had my key and left to get food, came back and it was gone, very unprofessional.
