The bell boys are very accommodative and polite. I didn’t have to call the front desk this time so I wasn’t asked to speak English. But I still have grief that I was asked to speak English in a Hong Kong five stars hotel like last time. Furthermore., the temperature in the room is still low. In my humble opinion, customers of a five stars hotel should have the freedom to adjust the temperature in their rooms. Instead, the temperature is controlled by the hotel.
