I would give a 5 stars .. but because of the 2 issues below Left my room early morning and back at night .. I put no disturbing sign on.. means any staff don’t need to come in.. after I am back at night .. there is intense cigarette smoke in the bathroom .. I was curious how the strong cigarette smoking smell in the bathroom .. the rest of the room don’t have that smell.. is it the fan somehow drew the air from another room ? I called the fro my desk to investigate .. they did call back .. but it wasn’t helpful .. it did ask us if we want to change room and we didn’t feel it’s necessary as next morning we neeed to check out anyway Also, the 4th floor hallway has intense smell like old long overdue diaper smell or animal decay smell .. I make a call to the front desk .. next morning was okay .. the smell was gone Location wise .. very convenient to go to the airport .. the hotel is clean overall .. carpet okay .. room size decent .. bed comfortable .. I am a returned customer as well

Overall is ok, I rerurn to this hotel again because it is so convenient for flight transfer and there is suttle available to go shopping mall. But the experience is not great as before this time due to bath tub issue, the drain was blocked, so my feet were soaked in water while Ihad shower. And the iron is not working as well.:(

Family stay before our flight to the U.S.

We had a nice stay. Our bathroom door would not slide closed. We called the front desk and they came to check the door. When the door could not be fixed they gave us a new room. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is very convenient because it’s connected to the airport via a covered walkway that only took about 5 minutes to get there. I had a 11-hour layover, so it was perfect. The place was impeccable! Everything was super clean, and the staff was super friendly. I would definitely stay here again in the future. !

Expedia said “breakfast is available “, my assumption is that the price includes breakfast, but when I checked in, I was told otherwise, so I have to upgrade on the spot. The website also says swimming pool is available, but when I am ready to go for a swim, I was told it’s under renovation. The website (or the hotel owner) should definitely update these information. I wouldn’t call it as “false advertisement “, but that really sounds like one.
