Do not go here

The only positives about this prison looking hotel is the good aircon and good location. I would not recommend this hotel for various reasons: Tv didn’t work Wallpaper peeling off the walls Bed was squeaky Pillows are paper thin Shower had no water pressure Communal toilet at times didn’t have toilet paper Power sockets hanging off the walls Door lock could be easy to break in No elevator

It’s a clean, spacious, very practical place to stay I loved the AC ;) we had everything of what we needed , even we had to share a bathroom it wasn’t an inconvenient at all, we had also our own shower inside our room. I highly recommend this place if you are out and about. Very affordable and practical, location was amazing, stuff… very helpful and polite In other words… NO COMPLAINTS :)

When I got the reservation I did not realize that there was nobody at the desk after 8 or 9, and they made me a nervous wreck that I would not be able to get in if I did not get there by 8. Then I got an email saying until 9 would be okay, but then I got another message saying I had to be there by 8. All of which made me concerned. As it turns out I got there significantly before 8 and the man at the desk was very pleasant. You should be aware that this is a walk-up to the second floor and there's no sign just their name on one of the bells out front. The place is very clean and the rooms are reasonably comfortable, but it has no aesthetics.

Elena and her husband were excellent hosts. The hotel is very clean and beautifully decorated. Elena gave us very good advice for touring Venice and excellent recommendations. We will definitely stay here again if we visit Venice again.

Small room. One pillow, a thin mattress with springs bothering my back. The bathroom hairdryer had no adapter, let alone the iron. I had to go out to buy an adapter to use both the iron and the hotel’s hairdryer. The toilet paper feels like sandpaper.

Not the greatest having to share 1 bathroom with several rooms. And having to leave your room at night to use it. Room was a little warm Hp didn't seem to be working super great. Staff were amazing and location so close to everything. Enjoyed the stay.

10 minute walk to the duomo, bathrooms were clean, room was clean, and the staff was friendly. Building is kind of hard to find as you’re better off just looking for the building number. Check in was simple and easy with friendly staff and I would definitely book again
