Book Estate Lovango Cay hotels

We stayed at The Emerald Beach Resort from 3/10 through 3/17. From check-in to check-out the staff was fantastic. The grounds were well maintained and our room was clean and comfortable. The food at the restaurant was consistently good and the portions were more than ample. Some of the previous reviews complained about the slow service and they thought the meals were expensive. Yes, the service was slow at times but you’re on vacation what’s your rush. Just sit back have a drink and enjoy the view. The only criticism I had about the restaurant, and it’s minor, is the menu is limited. It would be nice if they would vary it some and maybe have some daily specials. This seems to be an older property and in need of some modernization, Although our room looked like it was recently renovated. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend this resort to anyone planning a St. Thomas vacation. We would definitely stay here again.

The building needs a little help, but the staff level of service and the quality of the food makes up for it, also the hotel is in a great location within walking distance of pretty much everything.

Room was dark as lighting around the sink and closet areas was not sufficient to see numbers on the microwave and closet drawers items.

I had a great overall experience at this property. The location is excellent, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious my suite was—it included a kitchen and living room, which made it feel very comfortable and elevated. The view was absolutely beautiful, and I really enjoyed the food at the on-site restaurant—it was delicious. I also spent some time at the pool area. Although I didn’t get in, it was a great place to relax and take in the scenery. There was a bit of a downside when it came to cleanliness in the bathroom. I did notice hair from a previous guest in the shower and on the floor, so I ended up doing a quick clean myself. That’s definitely an area that could use more attention. One other thing to note is that there can be a bit of a wait when calling for a taxi, so I’d recommend planning ahead if you’re on a schedule. Overall, it was a really nice stay, and I would definitely consider coming back.

The views from the property are stunning. There are taxis readily available to take you to any place you want to visit. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is an amazing place to stay!
