The room and staff were fantastic. The hotel was beautiful but the food was mediocre at best and expensive. The hotel no longer has its own beach. You can use the neighboring beach at Buoy Haus but it’s a bit of walk including lots of steps or a shuttle.

Sink and tub drained very slowly. The vinyl/leather on a chair was shredded and worn. Food options were very poor. No full restaurant dining options on site for three entire evenings. Lots of fried food. Little fresh local fish, except for one night. Luna Mar restaurant is a nightmare. Undercooked beef, wrong pizza order. Thank goodness they have a new manager to clean it up. Won't go back.

The only good food was at the pool. For the quality of food it just should’ve been included in the price. Front desk wasn’t the friendliest. The pools are too small and there’s one pool for kids under 18. BARTENDER at the pool ON MY LAST DAY THERE WAS INCREDIBLY RUDE. She wouldnt let my 16yo daughter swim for 5 mins when the pool was basically empty. She screamed at her across the pool demanding she show ID. I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all. Not worth the price for what you get.

I had reserved a King with a garden view. Upon arrival it was not available. They put me in a double bed ocean view as that is what they had available. I would have preferred the King size bed which is what I requested. Ocean view is cool but what's the sense if I am not in the room all day, just need a place to lay my head down.

It started off from the moment we checked in , the front desk was rude, when we got to our room, the toilet was clogged. Our sink was clogged, and the Wi-Fi wasn’t working. They moved us to another room the room they moved us to there was an issue with the Wi-Fi there too, as well as as far as the chair in the room was ripped . I spoke to the manager at the front desk and she apologize and gave us a free meal, which was nice of her, to make matters worse the day that we were checking out, our flight was the delayed a few hours and I asked for a 45 minute extension in our room and they said no and then I got a bill for added charges that we’re supposedly included in the resort fee. The hotel was not kept up. It was dirty. The room was a they let down as far as the Wi-Fi too. I would never go back to this resort ever.

Upgraded room with partial room was good because it was on the bay side. Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Pools were amazing. Front desk was great....bartenders and wait staff had an attitude. This is a very expensive stay. Drinks were really pricy. I recommend eating and drinking in town.

Food staff was rude, food was subpar and way over priced. Wait times for food was ridiculous (waited 90min for a pizza) "Continental breakfast" was $90, beach elevator was being serviced so not ADA accessible for beach
