The staff was TERRIBLE!! So incredibly rude!! I can count on one hand the number of people I encountered during our stay who were even somewhat pleasant. I will never go back there. What a waste of $.

Room was clean but we werent given a room till 7pm when we were supposed to be in at 3pm. They do not clean the rooms during your stay nor do they change your bed linens. They do provide extra towels upon request. They do not have enough chairs by pool area for everyone. They allow visitors to save pool chairs as they walk away for hours. There should be no saving of chairs. Great setup although beach not swimmable you can walk and view. There are beaches within walking distance. Great activities. Managers were great. Grounds beautiful. Food great and reasonable in the restaurant where we ate everyday. Dont like the pressure sales and rude sales financial guy. All staff were friendly and helpful despite being through damaging hurricanes. Margarittas endless. They need to enforce no smoking rules..Couldnt use porch due to smoking and had to leave pool.area and concert due to property allowing smoking in no smoking areas. They advertise as no smoking facility, not true, its not enforced. Security is excellent. Overall good stay good people.

Rooms and facilities were clean. Food and bars were good. Pools were nice. Beach area was lacking but there are other beaches nearby to visit. Shuttles/golf cart were hard to come by for rides up the hill to our rooms if you didn’t go to the main check in area. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!!!

I did not realize that I would be climbing several treacherous staircases to get to my room and I am an older person with bad knees. There was only one restaurant on the premises which left little little where to go. The weather was very rainy and all the afternoon and evening activities were canceled which left nothing to do. Unless you took a taxi somewhere and spent a lot more money. They don't have a lot to offer at this venue. St. Thomas is beautiful and I also felt very pressured to go to this timeshare presentation that I was not interested in. Overall I will not go back there. I will go to St. Thomas and stay somewhere else.
