I really enjoyed staying here because it was beachfront with every room balcony facing the beach. The property has a restaurant, coffee shop and pool. It was very conveniently located next to the airport. It was pretty cool watching the planes land and take off while enjoying the beach.

Property is beach front with amazing views of the water, friendly sand helpful staff, and easy and convenient location. Only drawback is the property is up close to the island's airport and you can hear the plane traffic, but luckily, it tapers off early evening.

The property does not look like the pictures the staff was great except the young lady at the emerald cafe bar the bartender over charged my lady for drinks he said I didn’t pay for…do not eat at the restaurant on the property the prices are way too high for horrible food..the drinks werent that bad the best thing about our stay was the convenience of the resort being right on the beach everything else at this place was terrible. There was a roach in our room on our last day and we woke up every morning with new bites on our bodies. We asked for new bath towels every day and only received them one day after I had to search for the housekeepers. Our taxi driver was the best she took care of us and showed us a lot on the island her name is JOY

The light fixtures in the room had blown lightbulbs. The light fixture at the bedside has a short in the wiring (received a shock when turning lt on/off). Toilet ran constantly. All of this should have been resolved by housekeeping staff it certainly didn't just happen. The supplied beach towels were rags. The landscaping was overgrown and mostly dead. The smell of garbage from our balcony was overwhelming. The litter and junk laying around.

I enjoyed listening to the waves at the beach. I loved how everything was nearby. My only suggestion is to find better cleaning product to remove the grime and rust from the creases and crevices in the bathroom.

The staff at the front desk was amazing, extremely friendly and courteous. House keeping needs to do a full sweep(walk through) of the room before leaving. There were some items left behind from the previous guest/s.

My daughter and I had a room in the last building #4000s. During the day it was fine, but at night, there was poor lighting in the hallway that our room was on, which made us a little worried. The 3000s building had way better lighting. We had to be very careful since they have many stairs, with poor lighting and poorly placed light sensors, which puts people at risk or falling down the stairs. The room was nice, it looked remodeled, but some maintenance was needed for some small items. The front desk staff, some where friendly, but others where not. The Caribbean Fusion restaurant had good food, but the service was very slow compared to US standards. The new manager was very competent and friendly and worked hard to make things right. The entrance of the Hotel can use some cleaning, especially next to the pickle ball courts, they have debris and construction trash sitting around. Safety can also be improved. The beach has public access and the restaurant is open, and right in front of the beach, which is very nice. During our 1st breakfast there, what appeared to be a drugged up man got a little to close to my daughter and me, and started taking pictures of my daughters breakfast, which was really creepy. The bartender called for help right away and they walked the man out. After that, I was very nervous when walking the dark hallways to our room. The beach was amazing, crystal clear calm waters and lots of fun activities (Jet skis, etc). Pool was beautiful!

Nice outdoor restaurant right by the beach. Pool area very pretty and pretty landscaping throughout property. Did not like that beach chairs were not provided, but were an extra cost by outside vendor
