Love the easy access to the dock. My room had a dead roach and I reported it to the front desk at checkout. The attendant casually said well I’m sorry to hear that. I’nnnnn like that response that doesn’t show care and concern.

Should have a microwave in a common area for guests to use. Usually when hotels don’t have a microwave in the room, they would have one in a common area. I had to throw away good food because I had no way to reheat it.

Centrally located in town, so one could walk to restaurants and to the Tortola ferry. The safari stop is directly in front, so that can be caught to ride to Red Hook to catch the ferry to St. John.

The staff at check-in and check-out were great. Housekeeping was also great, and the bed was comfortable. Convenient location for accessing the BVI ferry which is a four minute walk across the road. Will be returning to this property in February to stay whilst attending a wedding.
