Book Estate Frenchman Bay hotels

We stayed at the Weston on St. Thomas from April 24-29. Overall we loved our stay. All of the staff members were amazing! Every team member we spoke with was very helpful and patient with us. The room was very nice and clean. We had an amazing ocean view from our room and we enjoyed spending early mornings and evenings out on our personal little patio enjoying it. The shower was our main complaint about the room. There was not any hot water during “prime shower times”. We would try to shower around 7 am or 6 pm and only cool water came out. Give or take a couple of hours around these times and you should get a hot shower. The pools were nice and relaxing. The hallways need some repair, but everywhere else was very nice. The atmospheres of the different restaurants at the resort are amazing, but we preferred eating in town. We would definitely stay here again if we were going to hang out at the resort more. We were not there much and spent each day driving to all the different stunning beaches and spending our time at those beaches instead.

Staff has no customer service at all. Service was horrible. Tv , nor internet works. This is my second stay in 3 months I cannot do it again so disappointed. However area view is great, proximity to airport is great close to the beaches. Pool n bar are nice and great view. Cost not worth the service or room . But can manage for quick turnaround.

Was in town with the family for 6 nights. The staff is wonderful. Everyone was so nice to us, everyone from the office workers to the restaurant staff at Caribbean Fussion. Special shout out to our guy Lincoln. Served us many nights. Wonderful memories at a wonderful place.

The staffs were very welcoming, breakfast was wonderful I would definitely stay at this same hotel when i visit again.

Nice place, Very clean and Quiet and Nice views. I just wished the store stayed open later. If not, they should have vending machines for the late night.

It's an older hotel dilapidated definitely needs love You can see where it used to be a big hotel but now a lot of empty space where things used to be where the hotel used to thrive I assume
