Well check in was ok however the man at the bar could of had better customer service the room is noisy so in the morning for woke up a few times by outside noises their is no view as they cover it up but advertise as a cuty room and the photos show no viewing restrictions tou can expext drilling oustsiyour room at 10 am and when leaving to be greates by building site comditions to the lift and on checkout dont expect a friendly person juat someone who get laid and leaves thier is no customer serive in this hotel you get better servie at a travelodge not worth 4 stars

The hotel was very nice and the staff very friendly. The location was perfect: close to everything but yet removed just enough to be quiet.

Very convenient location with very friendly staff. The hotel also has a cute little swimming pool and a spa for travel tired guests. The only weakness is the hotel internet connection. It's not very strong and it's an open free wifi without security. For business travelers, it's a big issue. For leisure visitors, this hotel is a great one.

We really loved this hotel. The room was extremely comfortable. It was very spacious. Very convenient location. Tons of restaurants nearby.The staff was super. Room had a large TV. One thing we like is to screen mirror to the TV from our tablet or phone. That did not work. This is a very minor issue. But overall this hotel is highly recommended.

Apex is located close to the train station and most attractions are within an easy walking distance. The hotel offers a really nice relaxed bar area. The breakfast in the morning is well thought out as many options for all types of people.

My sister and I loved the accommodations. We were celebrating our birthdays the hotel gave us free drinks to help us celebrate. That was very sweet. We also enjoyed the sauna and steam room

Toilet water pressure terrible. You need a plumbing course to make the water go. Noise outside very bad, as staff goes out for breaks and is non stop chat and yelling when on break (room 211). Nothing wrong on going on brakes but find a place nit next to window No ramp For Luggage to move. Stairs makes difficult to lift. No parking or valet makes hotel not being a good one

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It’s conveniently located to the Royal Mile, Grassmarket and New Town. Our room was cleaned each day. The bar was nice. We did not have breakfast at the hotel. Staff was always pleasant.

Great city stay

Generally very good 😊 Lovely room with great views. Room very well looked after. Well located to walk straight into the city and the railway station. Restaurant good but the booking system for resetting a table twice did not work despite using 2 different methods.. Would definitely stay again
