Very kind professional staff. The location is terrific. An easy walk to the airport, but it was raining so I took a cab and that was easy to do too, and fast to arrive upon request. The wine was great but the food was not to my taste, very American chain restaurant in offerings, high fat and sticky overdone sauce (I say this as an American who knows!), no heart healthy options that I could see, even in the snacks. Suggest apples be sold on site. Otherwise a great place to stay before an early morning flight.

Room only basis. Great location for all attractions which is why we booked this hotel.

The workers were super friendly and helpful, we were lucky to receive a late check out as we needed it from our busy travels, would come back here to stay and the location was great too

I was very disappointed to see that you have revamped the entrance and reception areas since my last visit. You've taken away the wonderful sweeping staircase which led to a very open and pleasant bar area. What you've replaced it with is a downgrade to just any old entrance and bar. Neither my visiting friends or I were impressed by having 'accessible' rooms which were not needed, and in fcat my friend requested a room change.

The breakfast was great and the staff was excellent. Airport bus out front is very convenient. Right next to Edinburgh Zoo!
