Very much enjoyed our stay here. The convenience for walking was great and the area around had a number of good shops and restaurants. Room was clean and staff were very helpful and friendly. Included breakfast was amazing.

The room was adequate, very noisy from the street, the lighting in the room was poor, the room felt tired along with the bathroom, The bedding was a poor fit and that is poor for a superior room, I feel it was overpriced for the quality of the room, bedding etc The staff were all friendly and helpful, check in was good, would we stay at Apex Grassmarket again No

Very noisy location. Room wasn’t that clean, awkward layout with reception area inbetween 2 sets of stairs a pain with luggage. Didn’t supply enough towels, didn’t answer phone on reception. Overpriced for what it is.
