Lovely hotel

We stayed while attending a gig in Malahide. Staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and comfortable and we got gorgeous cocktails in the bar. Will be back again!

Overall the premises are clean and nice. However, due to the lack of air conditioning in the rooms, it was quite hard sleeping. I can imagine this is always the case during warm summer nights. It was way more cooler in the hallway than in the rooms. A fan was provided in the room but it was not enough to cool down the room temperature. I suggest that management rooms should consider installing ceiling fans if air conditioning will not be provided in future upgrades.

The room was very small ..nowhere to put our luggage. It was extremely hot in our room. Very uncomfortable. The area was OK…but both places we went to war nearby had horrible service. Would not stay here again. The staff was very friendly though.

Great position just outside city centre, hotel was busy with a nice buzz. We enjoyed Drumcondra, watched Shelbourne FC, ate in a fantastic thai restaurant/ cafe opposite and had a nice walk to the botanic gardens.

The hotel is definitely over priced for what it is. Our hotel room was soooo hot it was impossible to get comfortable even after management brought in 4 fans. Other patrons were complaining about the heat to eachother in the lobby as well. The continental breakfast was not free and was nearly $18 a plate. I couldnt even finish my food because some of it was cold or too salty. I hate bashing them like this but I felt like I needed to post this review. Its advertised as a 4 star but it is a 2.5 at best. Won't be back.

The property was good. It was probably my bad that I did not realize that the rooms did not have A/C and happened to be a hot day in Dublin. Other than that, the staff was good. I notice that the check-in process was a bit slow compared to other hotels like this one.
