Good stay but not perfect

Really nice hotel, well located. I had a late check in at 23:30 and everything went smooth. Parking is €25 per night and not included. Breakfast was lovely and worth the money. Unfortunately there was no shampoo in the shower bottle which was annoying as they don’t have a seperate conditioner bottle so I had to just use the body wash. Also all the electrical sockets on one side of the room were not working. Nice hotel but expect a better overall experience for the price.

Great hotel near the ferry port

Comfortable and contemporary hotel near the ferry port - was great as we had an early morning ferry departure. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful and I would happily stay again

Kiosk type check in, julienne balcony, mould in bathroom, uncomfortable bathrobes, but good breakfast. Would not stay again

We loved the location of this property. There were many restaurants in the area and it was close to downtown and to public transport. Breakfast at the hotel was excellent. However, sleeping was an issue. It was very hard to control the temperature and we were very hot at night. The beds were not comfortable. The mattress cover, sheet and pillow cases were all to small and I was continually having to remake the bed to get comfortable. Others in our group did not get their room cleaned or restocked with towels even once in 3 days. Our room was cleaned and restocked with towels once in 3 days. The room was noisy at night as people were moving furniture, maybe they had to remake their beds as well!! The comforter was very heavy and the pillows were very hard.

Very close to 3 Arena for concert. Food and drink options nearby. Paid parking available. They gave us a accessible room for some reason but it was fine. Not much nightlife around. Nice cocktails in the bar. Door staff were friendly. Room had air con very comfortable sleep. Breakfast was really good. Gluten free options also available. Would stay again

All the room doors slam when closing , very loud and heard all night long. The self closers need adjusting The headboard was not clean and had white residue on it... Yes white...

Bedroom was clean. Bathroom not so. Hair in all bathroom, top of shower full of rust and dust. Black grout when it was supposed to be white. Bathroom door was buckled and couldbt be locked. Called down to report issue's and a man came out and advised that all the showers have black mold. Housekeeping attended but still loads more hair on floor that was missed. They advised no more rooms to be moved too.. even though plenty was showing online. The outdoor balcony had 2 small chairs on a huge balcony and no table like advertised. Completely waste of money and no compensation was issued even when we reraised the issues on check out!

OK for one night

Liked: - modern and airy building, - good breakfast, - reasonably clean. Disliked: - ongoing building/redecoration work and strong smell (paint or glue?) in the reception area, - rooms and corridors need to be updated: there were black stains/mould on the walls/ceilings, - there are only two lifts, you may have to wait for a while during busy periods. Overall: OK, but I would not recommend it to a friend as a 4-star hotel.
