1-Rooms are overcrowded, at least the one we stayed in. 2- it is just next main road, you do get fair bit traffic noise till very late. 3- Another issue here with this hotel, they charge you deposit I think it was 50 euro or something. We have been travelling extensively, never remembering hotel charging deposit. Even with long stay, like 2-3 weeks. I did asked the receptionist if they have returned our deposit. He assured it was returned. It would depending our bank how many days it would take…. We are back home almost a week now, we still did not receive our deposit back yet… Very annoying & disappointing. Disappointed customer

Just a short walk to all of the popular sites while not being loud like some of the other places near by. The rooms were clean and trendy. The staff were helpful and the breakfast had something for everyone.

Hotel is a bit of off the city center- near the produce markets and a short walk to Upper Dublin shopping and fast food areas. Cheaper and quieter than staying near Temple Bar area! I never took advantage of breakfast- wish I had! Perfect for a clean, quiet rest after a day running around Dublin!

The location of the hotel was excellent. In a quiet neighbourhood, just off the main roadways. The breakfast was buffet style with a variety of hot and cold options. The only concern was the TV and some of the channels n it working properly.

The property was okay and was close to the river. Check in was not great. They seemed confused and new at their jobs. They were supposed to call when our rooms were ready and take our bags to the room. They never called and when we went back to check the rooms had been ready. I guess they forgot to call and our bags were still downstairs. They also couldn’t find one of my bags at first. The rooms are small and need some attention.

The rooms were too small. Hardly any space to move around, very compact did not have proper place to open the bag even.. Very bad views after paying top dollars. They gave us one room on time and other after an hour. In spite requesting they did not give us rooms on the the same floor saying that its booked and after an hour they called us saying that they have made a mistake in our booking they gave someone else's room to us and then they had a rom instantly available. I was sliding from centre to side on the bed. The metress was tilting. Breakfast and pizza that we ordered were good.
