Our family loves the Westbury. It is an amazing property. We did have one glitch upon checkout. Our taxi, which was arranged by the hotel staff did not arrive on time; in fact it was 20 minutes late. It added unnecessary stress as we were headed to the airport for a 6:00 am flight.

Hotel needs general upgrade of bedrooms , bathrooms, and HVAC . Construction work was ongoing with terrible loud noise in our room , while we needed to rest in our room . This was raised with mgt. Awaiting a hotel pre approved 20% reduction in costs from Expedia

Customer service is exceptional. When we checked in, we had a second floor, and some construction was happening on the floor above. The front desk staff were accommodating and placed us on the fifth floor. We are delighted with the time we spent there. We highly recommend the hotel.

Great location and common areas, small, really cramped (regular) rooms, some staff (concierge bell boys) have a major attitude problem the service is far from what one would expect at a 5 star hotel would not return because of that
