Very convenient location. One can just walk to the majority of places-of-interests. However, I don't recommend this hotel if comfort is your priority. The staff was very friendly, but the front-desk was obviously under-staffed. I always had to wait in a queue of several people before I could get assistance. House-keeping was problematic, as every day after I returned in the afternoon, I had to call front-desk to request housekeeping--they didn't seem to just do it automatically for you, which was weird. Heating system was also bad in my room. The control panel did allow you to adjust the temperature, but I couldn't feel any difference, and the room felt cold to me all the time.

Staff are very friendly and attentive. Rooms are small but cosy, the safe is small so can’t hold a laptop. Good coffee making facilities and complimentary bottles of water. The location is great and the bar etc is very nice.

Been staying at this hotel for the last few years. I noticed the bed cushion are starting to fall apart, our shower drained really slowly. This hotel is basic but sometimes you need to iron something without having to leave your room. It would be nice to have shower caps in the room without asking and waiting. However it’s a great location and price is usually lower than similar hotels in the area.
