Hi, our families stay at the JA Ocean view was fantastic. When we were checking in we were given a free upgrade.. unbelievable rooms for us and the 3 kids. I couldn't believe it.... the sports bar is real good especially if you have 3 boys.. and who love football.. place was really clean and the food was excellent. Hotel is really well situated. Everything is near.. beach, shops etc. We will be back for sure..

Nice hotel, a great view and friendly staff

Where do we begin? Right at the arrival we are greeted by the ever smiling and attentive ‘Merry’, as usual going beyond customer service! We know her for many years having been a regular patron of this hotel. She’s still the same as ever. Amazing customer friendly personality. Great to see her do well there. Breakfast was made fantastic despite the chaos by Francis, who went over and beyond and so did Tannu! Hardworking guys, attentive and addressing all our requests with a big smile at all times. Not to forget Paul at the reception, his Manager Minna Hinna, and his thoughtfulness, welcoming us with nice sweets which was appreciated. Lastly the hard working Bilawal “Billu” and Mohsin at the valet and baggage services. Fantastic guys. Thanks a lot JA team. Its people like you that make us come back!

Awful place for families. It’s nit a beach hotel, they have a tiny ugly pool but that’s it. The beach is reached by walking through streets and shops, and it’s a public beach so crowded and dirty. The furniture in the room smelled weirdly. The bathroom is very worn out and dated. The hotel description is deceptive. Will never go there again and cannot recommend it for families.
