This was our third time at a Rotana Hotel in Dubai. The staff are lovely and go out of their way to help you. Breakfast was very good lots of choice. Very attentive staff. JB Gastropub amazing food. Will definitely return. Local area very nice with a great choice of restaurants and bars.

Will not be coming and staying in this hotel again. Upon arrival check in was nice and smooth however when we went to our room there was so much noise of construction happening which was on going work in the hotel. I knew this would be a problem so I requested for a room change or I was thinking to leave the hotel. The manager George, such a lovely gentleman changed my room to a higher floor (24) with an even better view and there was no construction noise thank God. However there was a ridiculous amount of noise from the clubs and road downstairs despite the floor being the highest. The hotel is not soundproof as it states on their own website as well as third party sites. Facilities were good at the hotel, breakfast buffet was good and once we had dinner which was also nice but not much variety to choose from which was a disappointment. Yet again, on the first day the aircon was working perfectly but after this it was so hot in the room and despite complaining and asking for a fan several times nothing was done. Yes someone came to check but they kept saying it’s cooling it’s fine, you left balcony door open then that’s why even though we did not leave the door open as the temp was so hot! Some of the night staff were so rude it was not acceptable. one occasion without my knowledge the housekeeping staff entered the room after midnight and turned on all the lights despite we being asleep and not dressed appropriately I was fuming! Felt like I have wasted my money here :(

Nice property but it’s impossible to sleep with cars revving their engines and car horns all through the night until 4am despite that being illegal in the UAE. Great location but not great if you actually want to get some sleep whilst you’re away

Lovely trip.

Stayed at Amwaj Rotana for 6 nights. We had a lovely experience. I just checked out and got a link for the review and I wanted to make sure I write one on the way to the airport. It's a great hotel in the jbr area. The location was fantastic with so much to do around the area. Rooms are clean, nicely laid out. Staff was courteous and went out of the way to make sure we were taken care of. They even gave me extra time to checkout. Ordered room service a couple of times. Food was excellent. Great food and service throughout our stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Samir & Nani. The tours desk was also excellent in putting together the itineraries. The only thing was the area around can sometimes be noisy in the evenings with the volume of traffic going through. Apart from that our stay was very pleasant and we would consider staying there again!

Everyone in the staff was super helpful. The location is great. They offer free shuttle service to/from the mall of emirates which is very convenient and saved me ~300 AED that otherwise I would have paid for taxi ride. The view from the room was amazing and all the amenities were very good.

Amazing stay at this hotel. Special thanks to Wiam who gifted us a dinner voucher to use at the hotel as there was a slight delay in preparing our room. We didn’t mind as the staff were so accommodating and we could see they were genuinely busy. Really enjoyed our stay here, dinner at the Horizon was amazing with plenty of choices. So glad we booked this after a 5 nights stay at the Jumeirah Beach hotel and can confidently say, we had a better time at Amwaj Rotana. Will definitely be staying here again with the family when we are next in Dubai.
