The rooms were clean, the staff so friendly, breakfast was good,

We had a great time and enjoyed the amenities definitely great for families or solo travel alike. Little of everything.

Enjoyed the four night stay in early May. Lancaster can speak for itself but the hotel was a good value. I understand why the pool was cold but the hot tub made up for it. Don't think we had a microwave in the room We were in the old section near the lobby. I liked the lobby and it had free coffee. I never could catch it full though. The lighting in the halls and room was a very dim yellow that gave a cozy but inadequate hue. Good area near many good things.

Room was clean. Staff friendly and kind.

No luggage carts. No elevator to 2nd floor. Very outdated--overwhelming with tons & I do mean tons of 70's "Country Decor". We had stains on the bedding. Although the sheets were washed putting stained sheets on a hotel bed is not appropriate--ever! The front desk employee was very nice. There's a restaurant next door which is convenient since no breakfast is provided.

Bathtub very old and dingy and dirty. Bathroom sink very slow drainage. Staff was very polite and courteous. Parking was nice and clean. The butter container was always empty. The butter was a shared container. They should invest in individual butters. No eggs, or any type of meat. They only put out 4 bananas. No elevator.
