liked: big room space: bathroom kitchenette bed fold out couch study area. breakfast - clean, lots of variety, tasty responsiveness of Day Manager - man - he quickly addressed each persons needs - mine included - from fixing the toaster, to providing paper and pen to write something. A+ attitude. clean, convenient public bathroom downstairs did not like - small work out facility - no air. shabby walls, corners - understand. the place will be upgraded by marriott - it does need it.

Lancaster "Suites?" Not---really!

The management lists this motel as "suites," but the rooms are hardly comparable to a suite. They are cheaply appointed with uncomfortable furniture. The microwave is tiny and so is the refrigerator. The bed is very uncomfortable and has cheap blankets and quilt. What should be better, suite-like amenities are chintzy and low-grade. We'll never stay here again.!

This was a very nice hotel. The room was very spacious and quite comfortable. The road noise was minimal. The breakfast area was clean and seemed to be kept up well, though use of the toaster kept tripping a breaker. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. If we have a need to book a hotel in Lancaster again, I'm sure we'll think of Lancaster Suites.
