I stayed in the villas and it was nice. My only complaint is that they allow animals and my room was covered in pet hair and dander. My son has allergies and it made him miserable. Staff should really do a better job of cleaning the carpets! Carpets were saturated with pet hair! Clothes and socks were covered in it.

Beautiful property, pool & spa were fun. Would have loved more holiday decorations around though. Our room was spacious & gorgeous. Staff was very attentive and promptly fixed the few minor things we found not working. Very relaxed stay for the two of us. Looking forward to returning with the whole family this summer.

The staff were nice and most were accommodating. I was a little disappointed that I did not receive some kind of token gift for my birthday. We had to switch rooms as there were problems with the television. The wait staff at the Bistro as well as Shy at the front desk were exceptional! The pool was beautiful but did not feel heated. The jacuzzi was wonderful. The resort was clean and decorated for the holidays very nicely. Hot chocolate in the evenings by the fireplace would have been a nice, added touch.

Great location to parkway & close proximity to downtown Lancaster without paying the expensive roommates in town. Our bed was super comfy & loved the streaming TV. Good shower pressure & mini fridge.
