Place was cozy and clean. Staff was extremely helpful. Rooms were clean and had a country feel. The hallway to the rooms was clean and decorated.

Cons- Hotel needs to buy new mattresses! There were so lumpy. We woke up with pains in the lower back and shoulder. It was not a good rest. It snowed during the night and they did not plow or clean the parking lot for the guests before 9am. The front desk didn’t shop till later.There’s no ramp for guests who are not able to use the stairs. Pros- The place was nicely decorated and clean. Plus the location was central to shopping, restaurants and attractions.

Very clean and cheerful country style room with quilts on the beds. Not wheelchair accessible, a few stairs at either entrance that I noticed. There was no hot water in the evening but enough for a good shower in the morning. Front desk staff very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

The bedding absolutely needs upgrading. The pillows are horrible all flat and broken down. The fire alarm went off at four in the morning, waking everyone. Nobody was around from the hotel staff. Nobody knew what to do. We were all gathering in the halls, trying to decide what to do. Luckily there was no fire. We all had to stand out in the cold, not knowing if there was a fire or not. They need to have someone in authority on property to help evacuate or know what to do. Wouldn’t stay here again. Even in the morning had to ask the staff at the desk what happened. They seem to not care.

The hotel was nice and neat and clean. It is a distance to any surrounding sites and at once it get dark out the driving is tough to take getting around. Would come back again

Great location and definitely charming old school deco. Clean and hallways smelled great! Mattresses and bed pillows definately need replaced. Also would would be convenient to have coffee available in the rooms and not just the lobby. Fair value for the money.
