This place was so charming, with a bed and breakfast atmosphere. Outside there with freshly planted flowers, in well maintained flower beds. The staff members were kind and helpful. The room was well decorated with a country/rural motif, complete with a quilt on the bed. Next door was a 50's diner that we could easily walk over to. And the price was reasonable.

It was so clean, comfortable, and quiet. No noise which is very important to my husband and me! And clensiness is also very important. One of the cleanest places we have stayed.

I made my reservation through Hotels.com. It said pay at the hotel. Great! My friend and I wanted to split the charge on our credit cards. When we arrived, they automatically charged my card. We were told there was no way to correct this. The young person said I'd have to refund you and re-do it and he wasn't going to do that. I then had a Hotel.com gift certificate which he looked at and handed it back to me like I was an idiot. We got our keys and went to our room. We were told the lobby closed at one. I went down to get a missing hair dryer at 10:15 and no one was there. There also was an iron burn on the carpet. We have stayed here multiple times of the last few years and it has been great. Have they changed owners??? Don't think we will be back.

Hotel defines “Country Living.” Very outdated but okay. I was greeted onsite. Female at front desk was welcoming. Got into the room to use the bathroom the toilet didn’t flush after first use. I called the front desk at 4:20 to have someone come up and plunge. Female told me there was no housekeeping service available they all leave at 5. She proceeded to tell Md that I would have to plunge the toilet myself and handle all housekeeping needs. I explained to her that this is not my job and my paying to stay there is their responsibility. If there is no housekeeping she needed to come and plunge. If I have to plunge a toilet I expect something off of my bill. She again repeated there is no housekeeping after 5 and I would have to plunge. A few minutes later a young man came to my room a tried to hand me the plunger. I sent time back to his manager explaining that I was not going to do it. She was insistent that it was my responsibility and sent the young man back to my room. I AM PISSED!!
