Downtown Los Angeles ski resorts

Check in was fast and the staff was very helpful. Unfortunately, we found out that our vehicle (after the fact) was damaged while parked at the Valet Parking and did not know this until we arrived home.

Surprised to find out bedsheets were not included in the room. That was a first.

Stayed here for 3 nights & it's very convenient to the freeway, staff very friendly & helpful. Very clean & excellent services. Will come back again soon.

The only thing I can say it need to improve is the staff better attitude and be for helpful.

Gorgeous lobby. Cool bar/restaurant on roof. Excellent breakfast. Mattress and pillows were GREAT but sitting on a low platform I constantly worried about tripping over and that made getting out of bed challenging. Bathroom decor was nice, but extremely low counter with very limited space for your items. I did not explicitly request maid service so got none
