Compare Cheap Hotels in North Carolina

I was told by the reservation clerk that I booked a smoking room. When I showed him my reservation was indeed a non smoking he said he booked me in a 2 queen non smoking room in a smoking building. He did not tell me that I need my room key to advance the elevator to my room. I stood in there thinking I was stuck until someone from an upper floor advanced the elevator. A guest coached me on how to get to my room. Upon entering my room none of the lights would come on. I found housekeeping on the floor and they told me it was a master switch at the door for all the lights. Finally upon getting settled I went to use the restroom and there was left over urine and paper in the bowl.

The room was so spacious and clean!

Property was beautiful and well kept, like other sheraton properties I have stayed in. Staff was friendly and it felt safe and clean. The only issues I had, was the spectrum service in my room. It didn't work and the walls were very thin. I could hear the man coughing all night in the roommate to mine and could hear a dog barking in the middle of the night. Other than those 2 things, it was a great stay

Incredible hotel!!! The food was great at the restaurant with amazing views of the Smokey mountains. The spa is also amazing! Cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Top notch experience. Easy intake, friendly staff, room was so unique. Great spot on the beach where the resort is located. Could not ask for more.

We paid £500 for two days of waterpark and a room for a night, fo myself and my son. We got there no room availible to check in, so had to leave all oir belongings in the open. We stayed for 4 hrs as my son could see past the cleanliness, then left. I mentioned it to staff, but they just appeared happy to take our money. I basically paid £500 to spend 4hrs in a dirty, over crowded waterpark. Terrible experiance, and aligns with most peoplea views who have attended the park. This is on Expedia also, you should not be dealing with buisness this bad.
