Our flight was cancelled coming from Dominican Republic and were refused a refund. We should have been refunded our room because we we still had to book an additional room through Expedia in the Dominican Republic. Bad business

Neighborhood was sketchy AF. Carpet in lobby, hallways and elevator was disgusting. Exit door for stairway was damaged, looked like someone tried to break in. The room itself was nice and the staff was great. The nice room and staff got the rating up from a 1 star to a 3 star.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, but there were a few issues. 1) the carpet in room 241 needs to be cleaned. 2) the entry bathroom did not have a outside door handle. 3) the outside entry and walkway needed to be shoveled & salted, it was an accident waiting to happen. Other than that, I would come again, very spacious room.

Understaffed. Very rough around the edges. Super thin walls could hear every word up and down the hall. Felt like it was run very loosely with low standards. Luckily room was at least clean as far as we could tell. Pretty run-down though. All the little things and rough edges add up to 2 stars. Should be a $50-60 a night hotel

Room was not spotless, quit old and worn out. However they were very attentive staffed well and priced accordingly. The airport shuttle was there and efficient. Keep your expectations in line and you won't be disappointed. I would stay there if needs be.
