I am so thrilled with my experience at The Leela I want to return to India just so I can go back to your hotel. The level of excellence was beyond anything that I have ever experienced in my life. I felt like Royalty the rooms were amazing and the customer service was over the top. I really enjoyed working with your staff.. Anamika went over the top in her assistance to me. Not a great experience as they mentioned I used items from the minibar But those items were not even available to start with. Cleaning staff is lil fishy so lock everything before you leave. They enter the room without notifying.

There staff is unique and very professional. The problem was they response time was slight delay and the space between the 2 buildings bas water issues for which I slipped badly. Rest everything is 4.5 star I would say.
