Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable rooms every thing that we needed was there. Definitely going to rebook.

Bed was comfy. Utilities were fantastic. The toilet was good. Amazing customer service.

This was our half way stop over whilst travelling from Scotland to Norfolk. Could not have been more convenient or comfortable. The breakfast was good quality and plenty of choice..

Went direct to the hotel from Thirsk, and arrived at 10.30 am. The receptionist was very polite and let us store our cases until we could check in at 3pm. Easy check-in, and had a river facing room on the third floor. Beautiful room, and great bathroom ( the shower was a drencher but there was a shower cap) and lovely view. Blackout curtains and spacious with enough coat hangers for our stay. This is the second time we have stopped and may be tempted to make it a regular yearly hotel as everywhere was exceptionally clean, with a nice smell. Central enough for walking from the train station and close to the town centre.

Excellent stay are the safe were fantastic especially Ben , Eslam, Alan and James to name just a few that really stood out. Many thanks and thank you Kim for the lovely welcome letter. Will definitely be back again soon.
