Clean hotel, great location and customer service.

Room could be cleaner, outdoor area was ok

The room did not meet expectations, especially considering the resort fee we were required to pay. Noise from neighboring rooms was quite noticeable, particularly in the early morning when we were trying to sleep in. I would have expected better soundproofing, as found in many other hotels, but that was not the case here. The room was also not very functional—there was only one chair, and the table was too small, making it uncomfortable to sit and eat. Additionally, the amenities felt lacking given the added cost of the resort fee. Overall, it was a disappointing experience for my family.

No breakfast

Overall, my stay at the resort was quite pleasant. The views from the room were absolutely stunning, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. However, I was a bit disappointed when I went down to get some food, as it was unfortunately burnt. Despite this one issue, I still had a good experience.
