Breakfast was very limited

Hotel changed owners after I had booked, and I was informed on arrival they did not have breakfast available, which was a major reason we booked here. Hotel is also under construction, which they also do not have on the listing. As most of the area was booked up we decided to stay and we're eventually offered a partial refund. We have not yet received the refund but only checked out this morning. We like that the family suite has room for six people, and it was fairly clean. The bathroom door is a bit awkward, and one of the cabinets was falling apart. We stayed three nights and had no housekeeping. The entire stay, even had to take our own towels down to the front desk to get clean towels. Overall this hotel just doesn't care for true customer service anymore.

Very sketchy place. They don't take cash. Homeless people lingering around the parking area. Not very hospital

Everything is great. I will come back. The breakfast and the whole setup was great.

Nice staff. Common area was also clean. Easy parking situation.

Great balcony and location - roof top bar is nice
