The airport shuttle was extremely slow to come. When I got to my room, there was no central light switch by the room door. It was dark and I had to enter a dark room to find the lamp by the bed. Furthermore, my door look didn't work and when I told managment he said "Yeah, I know what you are talking about," but it was not addressed.

There was no one at the coffee shop to serve. Apparently the same person also is the shuttle bus driver and was very busy shutteling people to the airport. There was a coffee maker in room but no coffee. Only decaf. There is no where within walking distance to eat or get a cup of coffee

For the breakfast wasn't complemtary and that when we went the "cook" wasn't present as he/she was taking other guest to the airport and would be back "soon". We didn't wait, went elsewhere.

Booked this hotel knowing I would fly in to the airport around 1 AM. I called the hotel at 6 PM to confirm my late fly in and that I would be calling for a shuttle around 1:30 AM. Everything was confirmed. When I arrived at baggage claim I called for my shuttle. I was told there was no reservation under my name or confirmation number which I had through Expedia. She argued with me on the phone for 10 minutes. I finally just begged her to send a shuttle and we could figure out when I got there. Reluctantly, she said yes. The shuttle took another 30 minutes to get there. I got to the hotel around 2 AM. Again told there was no history of my reservation even though I was able to show her everything booked through Expedia. She told me the hotel was booked for the night and that they had no options for me. I was trying to set up transportation and trying to figure out what my other options were elsewhere. After 45 minutes, she called me back inside. Saying that she found the mixup and that they checked someone else into my room. I had a reservation all along, and it was all their mistake. finally, just before 3 AM. I was able to get into the room that I paid for. I requested a late check out because of all of this and was told absolutely. Normal checkout time was 11 AM. At 11:03 I had housekeeping banging on the door. Might not be your best, but if you’re looking for a non-complicated stay.

Fur baby too

We love being able to travel with our fur baby. Sonesta Suites still gives us a comfy, clean room & promotes a peaceful stay! We wish there was a microwave in our room.

This was a quick trip and I'm happy we chose this hotel for our stay. It could use some refreshing, but the room was and the bed was very comfortable. There are a lot of restaurants and shop choices nearby also.

Great Hotel!

We were looking for a decent hotel that fit the budget and had a swimming pool for the kids, and the Sonesta exceeded our expectations! The room was clean and comfy, and the kids had a blast in the pool! They were also kind enough to allow an early check- in because we arrived early and had temperature-sensitive items in our car. The location right near the mall was perfect as well. Look forward to staying again!

Shame that the water slide is permanently closed, but no notes beyond that! Room was cozy, air conditioning was a godsend in the summer weather. Shout out to Viktor for being such a huge help. My partner and I loved our stay!
