Clean main spaces, clean room. Staff was friendly. Tons of restaurants and things to do near by. Lots within walking distance. Loved the restaurant and bar on the top level. Being able to take drinks back to our room with us was great! Would definitely stay again.

The room was great! There was a wonderful view overlooking part of the city and we were not facing the sun in the morning, which was lovely. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend.

Change your shower products

Very clean, great service at bar for drinks and dinner, doors slam shut SO loud so very hard to sleep as soon as anyone wakes up on your floor-about 5:00am the day I was there. Shampoo and condition stink like a campfire (not what you want your hair smelling like)! Last time I stayed there I thought it was just spoiled but it was the same this time. Love the convenient parking garage and easy to walk everywhere. I was there for the concert at VanAndel.

The hotel was clean and airy. It’s in a walkable location. I had a bit of an issue at the roof top restaurant as they seemed to have lost the order (or didn’t have the food item), so waited for over 45mins, but once the staff realized they were apologetic and offered a discount. Overall, I recommend this hotel.
