Upon check-in, we were put in a room with 2 double beds instead of a King room like we booked, the front desk staff were quick to make a change but we were then put in a first level accessible room instead, which for the price of our King room felt like a bit of a loss. Being on the first floor right near the lobby meant we heard a lot of the lobby noise and people walking by. However, the room was clean and large. I was disappointed the room did not have a safe in it, and since we were travelling from out of the country I was hoping to have a place to leave my passport safe and sound, as well as other important belongings. Other than that, the hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay again, but would hope to stay in the room we chose upon booking.

The rooms were nice- beds comfy, overall good experience. My only complaint is a member of the breakfast staff was very rude and you could hear them talking and complaining in the back room.

Awesome hotel!

Amazing hotel local to many restaurants and sites. Breakfast was hot and yummy. The beds were comfortable, shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Staff are friendly. Didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub but hopefully next time. Love this place! Makes you feel special with tv greeting!

Being in a downtown area I expected some challenges but was never informed as to the $18.00 per day additional parking fee. This of course, added to the cost of my stay. I just wish this charge was "up front" instead of a "by the way". Caught me off guard. Overall, my stay was good... a clean, comfortable room is always appreciated. Rick B

The walkable areas for dining was great! However, the room wasn’t clean. There were wash clothes with makeup on them left by the sink. No hand soap. Gum left on the night stand. We went to the front desk and all she did was come and grab the items left out and said “Sorry the cleaning people must have left early”
