Very convenient location attached to terminal 1 but the rooms are not soundproof. We could hear the people in the next room having an intimate moment. Even with earplugs, it was noisy

Exceptional property, clean, modern, efficient staff. The restaurant was excellent. Airport transportation excellent despite major traffic.

The breakfast buffet is outstanding—by far the best I've experienced at any hotel I've stayed in (similar cost). At just $275 Mexican pesos (roughly $16 USD), it's an incredible deal.

The property is located in a perfect location. All the main attractions are located with in a 15 to 20 minutes drive with little to no traffic which is almost never. With traffic do expect 30 to 40 mins or more traveling inbetween places. Places with in 2 miles or 4 KM from the hotel it's best to walk. The temperature is perfect and you save on Uber/Taxi. If transportation is needed I highly recommend Uber. It's at least 2 times cheaper. The taxi at the resort is expensive. The only negative about the property was the bathroom door wouldn't close right. You had to wiggle the door knob to get it to work. Also we were located on the 16th floor and the outside patio we were never able to use. It was opened with our room key but it never worked. I told the front desk about 2 times per day during our stay and they said they would have someone check it out and they never did. It's unfortunate for us because it had a very nice view from what we could see through the door.
